1. Overview
We are committed to supporting our customers in case you receive the wrong product or a product that does not meet your requirements. Keagan.store’s return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this time, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
For a product to be eligible for return, it must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Items that are not eligible for return include:
Gift cards
Products that are on sale or on sale
Note: Products damaged due to customer error are not eligible for return.
2. Shipping costs
Standard shipping costs are $6.99 and are the responsibility of the customer. This cost is non-refundable after the return process is completed. In the event of an error on Keagan.store’s part, we will cover the shipping costs.
3. Return method
If you want to return a product, please contact us via email and provide your order information and the reason for return. We will review your request and guide you to send the product back to the store.
4. Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the product meets all requirements, we will proceed to refund. The amount will be transferred to your original payment account within 5-7 business days. 5. Change or cancel your order
You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, if the goods have been processed and shipped, you will not be able to cancel or change your order. Please accept the item and follow our return policy if necessary.
